Reporting to the COO, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and results across our self-serve funnel—with full budget ownership and executive backing. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-velocity environment. If you’re looking to lead a transformational growth push let’s talk! <h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul> <li>Lead Blink’s product-led growth strategy—owning acquisition, activation, and conversion.</li> <li>Scale organic growth channels (SEO, community, partnerships, content) and accelerate learnings with smart paid bets.</li> <li>Build and perfect our PQL motion, partnering with Sales to convert high-intent users.</li> <li>Lead a cross-functional growth squad, aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data.</li> <li>Own key metrics (sign-ups, activation, CAC, LTV, retention) and ensure resources drive exponential returns.</li> </ul><h3>🚀 Who you are</h3><ul> <li>Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS growth from 0 → $100M+.</li> <li>Deep experience in organic acquisition, PLG funnels, and PQL development.</li> <li>Bias for action—able to set vision and run experiments hands-on.</li> <li>Experience shaping product roadmaps around growth needs like funnels and optimization.</li> <li>Data-driven, customer-obsessed, and collaborative across teams.</li> </ul>
