The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming customer experiences through research uncovered through various research instruments and methodologies.</span></div><div> </div><div><br /></div><div><b>Duration: Through the end of 2026.</b></div><div><b>Location:  3 days/week on premise in Boston, MA</b></div><h3>What you will be doing</h3><ul><li><b>Strategic Research:</b></li><li>Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather deep customer insights.</li><li>Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.</li><li>Develop and present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Stakeholder Collaboration:</b></li><li>Work closely with product, marketing, and UX teams to align research with business goals.</li><li>Communicate research insights effectively to influence decision-making.</li><li>Build strong relationships across department and with business stakeholders.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Customer Journey Redesign:</b></li><li>Spearhead research process for the redesign of customer journeys to enhance operational efficiencies and end-user satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric solutions.</li><li>Map current and future-state journeys for business review and signoff.</li></ul><h3>Your background</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Economics, or a related field.</li><li><b>Expert level use of Qualtrics (hand coding) and Excel (pivot tables).</b></li><li>Experience working with NPS and CSAT.</li><li>Qualitative and quantitative research methods.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities.</li><div><br /></div></ul><div>Blink is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, veteran status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, or disability.</div>
