Representing a full suite of strategies from iShares ETFs, Alternatives, Mutual Funds to SMAs and sub-advisory relationships USWAs mandate is to deliver One BlackRock to third-party intermediaries like RIA’s and Financial Advisors from wirehouse, regional and independent firms.</h3><h3><br /><b>Role Description</b><br /><span>Due to our continued phenomenal growth, we are actively seeking senior, client-facing sales professionals with a proven successful track record of engaging with Financial Advisors to identify, develop, partner on and own client relationships. </span></h3><h3></h3><h3><b>Hybrid Market Leader/Wholesaler</b>: responsible for all aspects of client relationship and driving sales through all channels (RIA, Independent, Wirehouse firms) within assigned Market Team. Market Leader will deliver expertise to financial advisors, collaborate with other sales partners to develop deep relationships and drive results across the entire breadth of BlackRock’s products (ETF, MFs, SMAs, Alts, Models).</h3><h3><br /><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li><h3>Develop deep relationships across all aspects of an advisors business</h3></li><li><h3>Deliver fiduciary and investment insights through portfolio construction conversations</h3></li><li><h3>Be consultative business partners to help them navigate markets, portfolios, business issues, etc.</h3></li><li><h3>Demonstrate mastery of BlackRock products and resources</h3></li><li><h3>Collaborative approach to partner with various internal colleagues to deliver all of BlackRock’s resources and solutions to the client</h3></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><b>Skills and Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li><h3>BA/BS required. Advanced degree, CFA, CAIA, CIMA are a plus, but not required</h3></li><li><h3>Minimum 3+ years sales experience within asset management, wealth management, or the financial industry more broadly is a must.</h3></li><li><h3>Passion for markets, investing, portfolio construction, advisor practices with a commercial mindset.</h3></li><li><h3>Strong communication skills with ability to connect and build relationships with internal partners and external clients</h3></li><li><h3>High level of self-motivation ability to work independently with modest supervision</h3></li><li><h3>strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and collaborate vertically/horizontally in a fast-paced environment</h3></li><li><h3>NASD Series 7 and 66 (or 63 &amp; 65) required.</h3></li><li><h3>Clean U-4</h3></li></ul>&amp;#xa;For Princeton, NJ and Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$100,000.00 - USD$110,000.00 .
