About this roleThe Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the GIP Partner and Head of Emerging Markets.Role Description:<ul><li>Manage calendars and coordinate high volume scheduling with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Book domestic and international travel, including itinerary, visa, preparation, etc. There will be heavy international travel coordination.</li><li>This role deals with investors and high profile individuals so a polished presence and capability to build relationships is important.</li><li>Compile receipts and prepare expense reports in a timely manner.</li><li>Compile materials and prepare presentations for meetings and support ad-hoc projects as needed.</li><li>Develop relationships and work collaboratively across EAs and other counterparties.</li><li>There is no travel required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years experience in a fast paced, high energy corporate office or family office environment, supporting a senior individual</li><li>Bachelors degree preferred</li><li>Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel</li><li>Extensive experience handling domestic and international travel, meeting planning, scheduling and logistics operates exceptionally well under pressure</li><li>Experienced in Concur Travel &amp; Expense Management and American Express Travel, including booking, reconciliation, and expense reporting.</li><li>Shows utmost judgement, discretion and understanding of confidentiality</li><li>Can effortlessly keep multiple priorities in flight independently</li><li>Can adapt and work well with a range of workstyles and personality types including high energy and demanding profiles</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills – succinct, edited and clear</li><li>Creative problem solver and ability to influence/facilitate results</li><li>High degree of ownership and accountability ; maintains a positive attitude– eye for detail and accuracy</li><li>Collaborative approach – skilled at building relationships and an ability to work across a variety of workstyles, roles and levels</li><li>Ability to take feedback well and willing to learn</li><li>Flexible and responsive, with a willingness to monitor and manage communications after business hours and on weekends as needed.</li></ul>&amp;#xa;For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$90,000.00 - USD$130,000.00 which is the equivalent of USD$43.27 - USD$62.50 per hour. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
