Key responsibilities include:
• Gathering financial reports provided by fund managers via different channels;
• Checking consistency and completeness of collected reports;
• Updating reports availability information in the system;
• Manage and maintain fund fact data related to underlying fund;
• Request outstanding financial statements from fund managers;
• Review internal data requests for potential inaccuracies prior to external communication;
• Confirmation and resolution of inconsistencies with external data providers;
• Process incoming correspondence and follow up where necessary in effective manner;
• Complete assignments in accordance with established procedures and SLAs.
• Understand client specific deliverables. Build strong relationships with internal and external counterparts to deliver high quality of service.
• Work with internal stakeholders to deliver on project work and client deliverables.
Experience Required:
• Bachelor or Master degree preferably in economics, finance, accounting or related fields
• 1- 3 years’ relevant work experience
• Excellent analytical capabilities and demonstrate attention to details
• Excellent English verbal and written
• Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate
• Problem solving, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Desire to learn and ability to apply learnings to business issues

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
