About the team:
The Global Event Marketing team’s mission is to support the firm in delivering industry leading, experience-led events that drive commercial and reputational results.
About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of priority events for the firm. You will partner closely with a broad range of business stakeholders and be part of the working group that designs events tailored to their objectives and audience. This position requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
What you’ll do:
Support and execute a variety of mid-high complexity events throughout Americas
Manage event registration websites, event apps, attendee communications and registration data
Assist with event logistics, including accommodation, travel and ground transportation arrangements
Create and present proposals for stakeholders to showcase event recommendations such as venues, menu selections, activations, branding and more
Coordinate event collateral including printed materials, name badges, merchandise and related items
Onsite execution of events including registration management, vendor coordination, speaker management, and event app support
Support the reconciliation of event budgets and expenses
Accurately record post event data via our global event management systems
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal partners – Multimedia, Global Creative, Content, Digital for Events, Facilities, etc.
Who we are:
Proven experience in Corporate Events/Event Marketing
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel as needed (approximately 30%)
