Reporting to the Organic Marketing Manager, your role will be to define, prioritize &amp; implement actions on our web app in order to :Grow our Organic Performance in France &amp; neighbouring countries (IT, BE &amp; DE) through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) &amp; Social Media Optimization (SMO)Optimize the conversion rates of our user journeys. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>The Organic Marketing team</b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>The Organic Marketing team’s scope is: </span></div><div><span>- First and foremost, to define and roll-out an SEO &amp; GEO strategy enabling us to emerge as a global &amp; multimodal organic actor on all active markets. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>- But it also includes the management of our website’s Landing Pages, content &amp; UX, notably to support Conversion &amp; marketing initiatives.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>With this hiring we want to improve our Organic Performance in France while putting more focus on conversion rate optimization projects. </span></div><div><span>The Organic Marketing team sits within BlaBlaCar’s Growth team.
