You will report to the Head of Intermediary Sales and will work to drive relationships and sales process in your designated territory. There will be a lot to learn, a huge impact to be had, and some lifelong relationships to be built along the way.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span> </span></div><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li>Support and team with the Regional Director in managing the designated territory, delivering thought leadership and moving opportunities through a well-thought-out sales cycle. Contact and prospect potential opportunities and partners through outbound sales efforts. </li><li>Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and advance the sales process with existing opportunities.</li><li>Own a specific opportunity segment to prospect, profile, and uncover new opportunities across the firm’s solutions.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cross-selling efforts across key products.</li><li>Handle existing client relationships within the firm, to grow revenues and expand the firm’s market share.</li><li>Think entrepreneurially about your clients and explore business opportunities within your mandate.</li><li>Continuously manage the territory using our CRM to keep sales activity, the pipeline, and success up to date.</li><li>Build use cases for Bitwise solutions with an understanding of how clients use and implement our strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with internal resources to deliver the best of Bitwise to our clients.</li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li>You have a bachelor’s degree or higher.</li><li>You have 2 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.</li><li>You are able to commute regularly into our NYC office.</li><li>You have exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.</li><li>You have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.</li><li>You possess strong knowledge of capital markets and overall financial markets.</li><li>You are proficient with Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint/Keynote, and willing to learn Asana, Slack, Salesforce, etc.</li><li>Your style is like ours: high-energy, positive, caring, deliberate, self-aware, curious, and open-minded. You’re inclined to take ownership to get the best outcome but happy to transfer or share ownership with others.
