This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong analytical and organizational skills, and is excited to contribute to a mission-driven company. You’ll be involved in core accounting operations, daily reconciliations, invoice processing, and cross-functional projects to support Bitwarden’s financial integrity and scalability. This is an all-remote team and we’re looking for someone located in the U.S. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time. RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Support daily cash reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate tracking of transactions across accounts</li> <li>Process vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner</li> <li>Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations</li> <li>Prepare schedules, reports, and documentation for audits and internal reviews</li> <li>Partner with the Billing team to ensure proper billing, collections, and revenue recognition</li> <li>Help maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards</li> <li>Contribute to ongoing process improvements and special projects across the Finance function</li> </ul> WHAT YOU BRING TO BITWARDEN <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li> <li>Accounting experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or a similar industry a plus</li> <li>A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit</li> <li>Proficiency with Excel and comfort using accounting software</li> <li>Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Familiarity with Quickbooks, Bill.com, Brex, Google G Suite, and cloud-based applications is a plus</li> </ul> WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE INTERVIEW PROCESS <ul> <li>Meeting with our Recruiting Manager</li> <li>Interview with our Director of Finance</li> <li>Interview/s with team members</li> <li>Reference calls</li> </ul> A FEW REASONS TO WORK WITH US <ul> <li>Our user community loves us and we love them.
