This person will develop and manage operational processes and support sales performance analytics to enable a high-functioning sales organization. <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Sales Strategy &amp; Planning</h3><ul><li>Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support growth strategies and GTM priorities</li><li>Establish a consistent sales operating rhythm that aligns sales reps and leaders around focus, accountability, and performance insights.</li></ul><h3>Pipeline Management &amp; Forecasting</h3><ul><li>Own pipeline management and forecasting frameworks in partnership with Sales Leadership, tracking and reporting on performance vs. goals, providing insights and actionable recommendations</li><li>Support key operational cadences such as QBRs, forecast calls, and sales leadership reviews</li></ul><h3>Sales Process Optimization </h3><ul><li>Own the end-to-end sales process mapping, documentation, and optimization to improve efficiency and productivity</li><li>Identify friction in the sales cycle and implement automation or best practices to improve win rates and reduce cycle time.  </li></ul><h3>Tools &amp; Systems</h3><ul><li>Evaluate and implement sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo).</li><li>Drive optimization of integrated sales tech stack (e.g., Clari, Outreach, Gong, LeanData)</li><li>Lead or support system enhancement initiatives to align with evolving sales processes</li><li>Ensure data hygiene and governance across systems</li></ul>  Data Governance &amp; CRM Hygiene<ul><li>Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data entry in Salesforce and other tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Enforce rules of engagement (ROE), lead/account ownership, and process adherence.  </li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>6–10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Management Consulting (SaaS or B2B tech industry preferred)</li><li>Experience owning and refining sales processes, rules of engagement, and territory models including demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive complex projects to completion</li><li>Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions (e.g., enterprise, mid-market, SDR/AE/CSM model)</li><li>Experience partnering with sales leadership (CRO/VP Sales) and cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Enablement, Product)</li><li>Advanced CRM (Salesforce) skills (reporting, dashboards, object relationships, automation workflows) and proficiency in tools like Clari, Salesloft/Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Hubspot/Pardot/Marketo.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders</li></ul>Belonging &amp; Inclusion.
