This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role built for closers who can ramp quickly and immediately deliver results. Locations: EU - Remote - London, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal Your mission is clear: generate net new institutional OTC and Prime business. You’ll be expected to activate your crypto-native network, prospect aggressively, and push qualified counterparties directly into BitGo’s trading and Prime programs. Responsibilities <ul> <li>A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trading or sales trading at a leading financial institution, brokerage or OTC trading desk, ideally involving one or more of the following: digital assets, commodities, equities, FX, fixed income, or derivatives.</li> <li>Strong experience in OTC / Voice Trade trade execution and risk management, strong understanding of electronic trading systems, covering front-to-back processes.</li> <li>Communicative team player with a genuine passion for the cryptocurrency industry.</li> <li>Prospect and close new OTC and Prime clients — funds, HNWIs, DAOs, family offices, and trading firms</li> <li>Leverage your existing network to drive deal flow from day one</li> <li>Collaborate with BitGo’s trading team on structuring, pricing, and executing large trades</li> <li>Push the full value of BitGo’s platform — including custody, execution, and Prime financing</li> <li>Maintain a high volume of outbound outreach and client engagement</li> <li>Consistently feed our OTC desk with qualified, high-potential leads and counterparties</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with compliance, operations, and onboarding teams for smooth client activation</li> <li>Provide market insights and client feedback to help improve offerings and strategy </li> </ul> Skills &amp; Experience <ul> <li>1–3+ years of institutional crypto sales or OTC sales experience</li> <li>Fast-ramp ability — must be generating opportunities within 2 weeks of joining</li> <li>A strong existing network of OTC-ready institutions and counterparties</li> <li>Crypto-native mindset and real knowledge of how the space moves</li> <li>Proven ability to generate new business, close deals, and hit targets</li> <li>Relentless outbound mentality — you’re not waiting for leads</li> <li>Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work under pressure</li> </ul> Why Join BitGo?
