Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Payroll and Human Resource Administrator who will be responsible for providing critical support for the companys payroll operations and administering key HR functions. This remote role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and timely processing of payroll, providing administrative support for employee life-cycle events (onboarding/offboarding), and maintaining accurate records within our HR systems. The Administrator will act as a key backup to the primary payroll function, focusing on system maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting. We currently trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol BTM Responsibilities Payroll and System Support  <ul> <li>Serve as the primary backup to the Payroll function, assisting with the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including data entry for hours, deductions, and employee changes.</li> <li>Utilize UKG Pro (or similar UKG platform) to perform administrative duties such as updating employee records, managing time-off balances, and ensuring data integrity.</li> <li>Troubleshoot common payroll or system-related issues and errors within the UKG platform, escalating complex problems to the primary Payroll Analyst or IT as needed.</li> <li>Generate and distribute standard reports (e.g., headcount, hours worked, turnover) from UKG for management, HR, and finance teams as requested.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining internal documentation for payroll processes and UKG system procedures.</li> </ul> Human Resources Administration:  <ul> <li>Provide comprehensive administrative support for the new employee onboarding process, including system setup, sending initial paperwork, and ensuring all required documents are completed and filed.</li> <li>Administer support for the employee offboarding process, including processing termination paperwork, coordinating final paychecks with the Payroll team, and managing system access revocation.</li> <li>Assist with general HR administrative tasks, such as benefits enrollment support, assistance with open enrollment activities, and fielding basic employee questions regarding HR policies.</li> <li>Manage highly confidential employee and compensation information with the utmost discretion.</li> </ul> General Administration:  <ul> <li>Assist with special projects and other administrative duties for the Payroll and HR teams, as needed.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., HR, Finance, IT) to ensure a smooth flow of employee data and information.</li> </ul> Qualifications:  <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in a payroll or human resources administrative support role.</li> <li>Required hands-on experience with UKG Pro (or a similar UKG platform) for data management, reporting, and basic system troubleshooting.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.</li> <li>Strong ability to retain and isolate highly confidential compensation and employee information.</li> <li>Highly organized and detail-focused with a proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.</li> <li>Self-starter with an ability to identify and help resolve administrative issues and process gaps.</li> <li>Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> </ul>
