Learn about BAP Program </span><a href="https://www.binance.com/en/blog/all/early-career-program-how-binance-gears-up-early-career-talent-6771140985933048651"><u>HERE</u></a></div><div><b> </b></div><div><b>Who may apply</b></div><div><b> </b></div><div><span>Current university students and recent graduates</span></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assist in the development and mainenance of our products, using frontend tech stack (TS, React, etc) and NodeJS</li><li>Collaborate closely with product team and local team to ensure seamless implementation of new features and user interfaces</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams (such as security, IT, infra, etc) to identify and solve other issues</li><li>Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices</li><div><br /></div></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Participate in the development and maintenance of frontend products using diverse technologies.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product and local teams to implement new features and user interfaces smoothly.</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams (security, IT, infrastructure, etc.) to identify and resolve issues.</li><li>Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and best practices.</li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li>Passionate about frontend development; open to any tech stack (no strict limitation).Proficient in at least one frontend technology or framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) or willing to learn quickly.</li><li>Must be skilled in using AI tools to assist and enhance development processes.</li><li>Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, and good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Able to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and innovation.</li><li>Available for 5 days per week, minimum 3 months; 6-8 months preferred.</li></ul>
