We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assist the team with daily marketing, BD, growth &amp; product operations for Simple Earn and Binance Loans.</li><li>Plan and manage campaign schedules, ensuring end-to-end execution.</li><li>Explore marketing collaboration opportunities with external partners, KOLs, VIP, Local markets and other channels.</li><li>Collaborate with large cross functional teams in order to maintain smooth product operation and growth plan execution.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and product growth initiatives through data analysis.</li><li>Managing end-to-end regional amplification, VIP Earn initiatives &amp; protocol partnerships and growth pipelines.</li><li>Be the DRP (Direct Responsible Person) or POC (Point of Contact) with ecosystem protocols and partners on growth initiatives and major partnership deals related to the Earn portfolio.</li><li>Develop marketing &amp; growth strategies with the team regularly to increase TVL and Loan volume for Simple Earn &amp; Binance Loans.</li><li>Help to monitor and resolve Simple Earn &amp; Binance Loans issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Support growth initiatives by analyzing local market dynamics, monitoring competitors, and identifying opportunities to strengthen regional presence and maintain competitiveness.</li><li>Ensure flawless execution and accountability on campaigns, growth initiatives, partnerships, and handovers - prioritizing execution discipline while valuing creativity.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Being a DeFi/Crypto/Web3 native with strong business acumen and a proactive habit of researching industry insights is very important for this role.</li><li>3-5 years of relevant experience in product growth, marketing, business development, or operations, within crypto, DeFi, or related sectors.</li><li>Strong passion and knowledge of crypto, DeFi and Web3 Products, platforms and ecosystems - familiar with the DeFi and Binance ecosystem is required.</li><li>Proven track record of independently executing campaigns and growth initiatives at a global &amp; local level.</li><li>Experience collaborating cross-functionally in large teams and managing partner relations is necessary.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accountability - mistakes and missed handovers have real business impact in this role.</li><li>Openness to feedback and a strong willingness to continuously improve.</li><li>Flawless execution and follow-through are fundamental—creative ideas are welcome but must be backed by consistent execution.</li><li>Takes full ownership of tasks and outcomes, not just inputs.
