Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. </span><b>Learn about BAP Program </b><a href="https://www.binance.com/en/blog/all/early-career-program-how-binance-gears-up-early-career-talent-6771140985933048651"><b>HERE</b></a></div><div><span> </span></div><div><b><u>Who may apply</u></b></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>Current undergraduate/graduate students and fresh graduates.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Monitor and analyze on-chain transactions related to Binance’s products to identify patterns and anomalies. </li><li>Assist with forensic investigations into suspicious activities, including tracing asset movements and uncovering typologies of fraud or abuse. </li><li>Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key on-chain findings for the Internal Audit team.  </li><li>Work with internal teams and external data providers to aggregate, clean, and interpret blockchain data.  </li><li>Help design and implement scripts/tools to automate on-chain audit processes and streamline data analysis.  </li><li>Stay up to date on DeFi protocols, smart contracts, and evolving best practices in on-chain analytics.</li><li>Collaborate with auditors and compliance officers to support risk assessments and remediation strategies.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.  </li><li>Strong interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and on-chain analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with public blockchain (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Chain) and how transactions work. </li><li>Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL) and blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan, BscScan).  </li><li>Ability to interpret raw blockchain data and synthesize actionable insights. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. </li><li>High attention to detail, ethics, and personal integrity.</li><li>Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Knowledge of smart contracts, DeFi, and common on-chain risks.</li><li>Prior internship or project experience conducting data analytics or blockchain forensic analyses.</li></ul>
