This strategic leadership role involves guiding a team of Enterprise Account Executives, optimizing supplier engagement, and expanding our network across various industries. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to elevate customer acquisition and supplier adoption, blending data-driven insights with best-in-class mentorship. Our culture emphasizes curiosity, accountability, innovation, and empowerment—giving you space to grow your leadership skills and impact BILL’s continued market expansion.</p> <p><strong>Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Sales Leadership and Strategy:</strong> Work with the Director of Sales, Supplier Growth to meet sales targets by leading a team that sells BILL’s B2B payment capabilities to the treasury organizations of Enterprise/Corporate suppliers. You will set and execute the vision for enterprise supplier engagement, leading to measurable adoption and expansion of BILLs fintech solutions. This includes designing and executing scalable enterprise sales strategies to accelerate supplier onboarding and adoption.</li> <li><strong>Team and People Management:</strong> As a front-line manager, you will set clear goals, coach, and develop Enterprise Account Executives to enable performance and growth. A significant portion of your time should be spent on people leadership, as coaching and performance management is a managers highest-impact skill. This involves investing time in regular one-on-one coaching and using multiple interactive coaching methods like role-plays and ride-alongs. You should also maintain a robust development plan for each team member and proactively seek feedback from both your team and managers.</li> <li><strong>Performance and Pipeline Management:</strong> You will be responsible for leveraging sales analytics, pipeline metrics, and market trends to inform strategy and optimize team results. You will need to build pipeline, generate insights from pipeline performance, and closely monitor the status of your teams pipeline. Forecasting should be consistently accurate and reliable.</li> <li><strong>Consultative Selling and Expertise:</strong> Champion consultative, data-driven selling practices to ensure tailored solutions that provide real business value for suppliers. You will need to educate yourself on the technical and operational benefits of all BILL solutions and proactively guide your team by sharing insights on products, the industry, and competition. You must also be able to effectively balance short-term goals with long-term growth aspirations.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration: </strong>You will lead cross-functional initiatives, aligning the sales team with new product launches and customer success priorities. This includes maintaining a strong sense of urgency and focusing on company objectives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We’d love to chat if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of proven success managing enterprise sales teams, ideally in SaaS, payments, or financial technology. You should have a track record of scaling supplier or customer acquisition strategies and achieving team goals within large enterprise segments.</li> <li><strong>Skills:</strong> A strong command of consultative sales, solution-based selling, and supplier engagement best practices is essential. You must be analytical and insightful, using data and market analysis to shape team development and drive enterprise results. Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills are crucial for driving alignment and influencing senior stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> A Bachelors degree is preferred, or similar experience is acceptable.</li> </ul><div><div><div><p>This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
