In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from idea generation through customer adoption and use. You will serve as the connective tissue between engineering, design, data analytics, product marketing and the go-to-market teams, ensuring that our product strategy aligns with customer needs and business objectives.</p> <p><strong>Key </strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and drive Supplier Payments Product product roadmap working closely with your Engineering, Design, Product Marketing partners, and collaborating across functional teams in Sales, and Operations to execute, with a proven track record of shipping high-impact product features</li> <li>Scale a newly launched product from 0-1 to 1-n by prioritizing feature developments with growth experiments to drive metrics around customer adoption and usage, in close collaboration with Data Analytics, Sales, Post-sales and Marketing partners</li> <li>Drive product-segment-fit by establishing a continuous pulse on the customer needs, competitive strength by gathering feedback from Sales, Marketing and CX teams, and work with Engineering and Design to develop new features and optimize the user experience </li> <li>Continuously monitor key financial metrics to recognize the drivers and create data driven decisions and update stakeholders on a continuous basis</li> <li>Bring in AI driven innovations to improve end-to-end customer experience and operational efficiencies</li> <li>Be a thought leader and disseminator of subject matter expertise leveraging internal data-driven analysis, and continuous discovery of external payments industry trends and the competitive landscape</li> </ul> <p><strong>Core Product Management Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strategic Vision &amp; Roadmap Development: Ability to synthesize business objectives, vision, and customer needs into actionable product strategies and executable roadmaps.</li> <li>Customer Obsession: Relentless focus on understanding and solving real customer problems by leveraging research, feedback, and analytics.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading through influence in a matrixed environment, aligning stakeholders across Design, Engineering, GTM, and Operations.</li> <li>Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in defining, tracking, and interpreting KPIs to inform prioritization and drive product outcomes.</li> <li>Executional Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-team programs and ship high-quality experiences at scale, on time.</li> <li>End-to-End Experience Design: Skills in mapping and improving user journeys, optimizing navigation flows, and driving cohesive integrated experiences that work across multiple products.</li> <li>Communication &amp; Evangelism: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for presenting vision and decisions clearly at all levels of the organization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We’d love to chat if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8 years of progressive experience with a bachelor’s degree, 6 with a master’s</li> <li>B2B experience (this is non-negotiable)</li> <li>Experience working with Order to Cash processes (receivables, billing, cash application) payments, or fintech in general is heavily preferred</li> <li>Experience working with middle-market organizations, enterprise is preferable</li> <li>Experience working with global organizations is a nice-to-have</li> <li>A growth mindset + curiosity</li> <li>Experience experimenting, A/B testing, and enjoying optimization through trial and error</li> <li>Exposure to working with agentic solutions in the B2B space is a nice-to-have</li> </ul><div><div><div><p><span>The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
