The BILL website supports and drives pipeline for multiple products and customer segments, and is a key driver of new business for the company. They are ultimately accountable to monthly/quarterly pipeline goals by product and segment. This role’s scope includes UX, conversion rate optimization, and SEO. They will lead a high-performing team while also helping to execute and maximize the potential of our platform, Webflow. They are responsible for working cross-functionally to ensure additions and changes to the site support our business’ growth goals. This role is also responsible for setting the overall strategy and roadmap for the website.</p> <p><strong>We’d love to chat if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>12+ years of experience in the B2B web/digital marketing space</li> <li>Driven measurable results in both PLG and lead generation</li> <li>Understanding of B2B user journeys and how the website supports them</li> <li>Proven ability to drive projects that improve conversion rate</li> <li>Demonstrable experience leading performance-oriented SEO teams with aggressive growth goals</li> <li>Collaborated with developers to improve website experiences</li> <li>Worked cross functionally to understand the goals of teams like Product Marketing, Brand, Growth, etc. and incorporate them into the website roadmap</li> <li>Owned the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Webflow or other similar web platforms</li> <li>Experience with Marketo and Salesforce</li> <li>People-first mentality to management and ability to build and empower a successful web marketing team</li> </ul><div><div><div><p><span>The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
