The Role The BeyondTrust Field &amp; Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for building, owning, executing, and communicating the field &amp; partner marketing plan for their respective region(s). They will also have the opportunity to support Americas events (virtual &amp; physical) and major US tradeshows. The Field &amp; Partner Marketer will work with cross-functional stakeholders and regional business owners to build and accelerate pipeline through targeted, integrated campaign motions, inclusive of bespoke webinars, third party sponsorships, executive roundtables, trade shows, regional events, ABM programs, customer-focused events and strategic SDR campaigns, and in concert with priority corporate digital &amp; demand campaigns. Reporting to the VP of US Field &amp; Partner Marketing, the ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end event management and execution, as well as ABM strategy. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining timely communication and feedback loops, and will be able to navigate both strategic ownership and tactical responsibility. What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Build the marketing plan for the region, integrating field events, ABM programs, and partner marketing activities to drive New Logo acquisition and New Product adoption across BeyondTrust’s existing customer base</li> <li>Identify opportunities to drive various hosted event formats such as: CxO events, customer-led panels, fireside chats, roundtables, webinars, Executive Briefings, and other bespoke experiences.</li> <li>Be a trusted partner to the regional sales &amp; partner leadership team by understanding and supporting the needs of each territory through careful planning of marketing strategies and programs that both create new and accelerate existing deal velocity across sub-regions, verticals, personas, and customer types</li> <li>Work with cross-functional team members (Sales, Partner Ecosystems, SDRs, MOPS, Digital &amp; Demand Gen Marketing, ABM Marketing, Product Marketing, Global Partner Marketing, etc.) to support the orchestration of high-impact marketing campaigns and programs.</li> <li>Build the marketing plan for the region, integrating field events, ABM programs, and partner marketing activities to drive New Logo acquisition and New Product adoption across BeyondTrust’s existing customer base</li> <li>Identify opportunities to drive various hosted event formats such as: CxO events, customer-led panels, fireside chats, roundtables, webinars, Executive Briefings, and other bespoke experiences.</li> <li>Be a trusted partner to the regional sales &amp; partner leadership team by understanding and supporting the needs of each territory through careful planning of marketing strategies and programs that both create new and accelerate existing deal velocity across sub-regions, verticals, personas, and customer types</li> <li>Work with cross-functional team members (Sales, Partner Ecosystems, SDRs, MOPS, Digital &amp; Demand Gen Marketing, ABM Marketing, Product Marketing, Global Partner Marketing, etc.) to support the orchestration of high-impact marketing campaigns and programs.</li> </ul> What You’ll Bring <ul> <li>4+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing (enterprise software, SaaS, Security, Identity, etc.).</li> <li>Must be comfortable with reporting and communicating marketing impact across the organization.</li> <li>Analytically inclined, with exceptional organizational skills, and rigorous attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.</li> <li>Experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional field marketing initiatives executed under an integrated ABM strategy</li> <li>Understanding of the customer journey and the best marketing approaches by stage</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, Craft, Tableau (or other marketing automation and analytics tools).</li> <li>Analytically inclined and metrics-driven with rigorous attention to detail; great at solving complex problems with a curious and creative mindset</li> <li>Team player with exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work strategically and tactically to execute multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment with tight deadlines</li> <li>Strong writing and presentation skills</li> </ul> Nice To Have <ul> <li>Prior marketing experience in a high-growth company in the SaaS, security, or Identity space is a plus.</li> </ul> Better Together Diversity.
