The Role: The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and developing  relationships with existing customers. The role is an overlay to Enterprise Account Managers/Senior Account Executives to assist in creating new revenue opportunities, driving the sales process for add-on opportunities and helping ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across the territory. This role will be responsible for an east coast territory. What You’ll Do: <ul> <li>Support and collaborate with Senior Account Executives and EAMs within their defined region to manage and close both new opportunities and customer add-ons, ensuring seamless communications and transitions for the customer</li> <li>Develop existing accounts within the defined territory and focus account list.</li> <li>Assisting the EAM’s/ Senior Account Executives in maintaining commercial customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growing revenue across customer accounts.</li> <li>Independently managing and closings add-on opportunities for customer accounts in territory.</li> <li>Engages and coordinates with EAM, SAE, (i)SE, CSM, Renewals team, and other POD members on territory strategy.</li> <li>Be highly responsive to prospects and customers, providing them with the information they need throughout the sales process</li> <li>Maintain accurate and complete account data in Salesforce</li> <li>Provide accurate and timely opportunity updates and bookings forecasts</li> <li>Co-own sales achievement goals against a specified territory and team quota</li> <li>Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors products and pricing and keep up to date on knowledge of the company</li> </ul> What You’ll Bring: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree, or relevant work experience</li> <li>1-2 years successful track record in sales development and or sales (technology, software, B2B, etc.)</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li> <li>Ability to communicate complex technology and value propositions</li> <li>Independent, yet a team player</li> <li>Motivation to expand personal and professional knowledge of product and sales skills</li> <li>Strategic outlook</li> <li>Above average organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Strong presentation and critical thinking skills</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communications</li> </ul> Nice To Have: <ul> <li>Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles</li> <li>Security, SaaS sales experience</li> <li>Familiarity with technology and cybersecurity</li> </ul> Better Together Diversity.
