This role leads the development of marketing strategies and product positioning that translate market insights, competitive intelligence, and business objectives into actionable plans that accelerate sales performance and product adoption. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, data-driven storyteller, and cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment..</div><div><br /></div><h3>What youll do:</h3><ul><li>Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points; analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and develop effective product messaging.</li><li>Develop and communicate compelling messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to buyer personas, verticals, and use cases. Ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.</li><li>Architect and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases. This involves collaborating on marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and pricing and packaging strategies across teams.</li><li>Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, inclusive of identifying competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and market position using this information to understand the market and how our product offerings can be differentiated.</li><li>Create high-impact marketing materials and collateral to support all sales and marketing efforts. Collaborate with demand generation and digital teams to amplify reach.</li><li>Design and deliver sales enablement programs that equip sales and client-facing teams with the necessary tools, training and knowledge about the products and packages we offer. Create playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks and training sessions. Maintain sales enablement content software to ensure it is updated and easily accessible for the sales team.</li><li>Track key performance indicators to assess the success of marketing efforts and make data-drive decisions for future improvements in messaging, positioning, and targeting.</li><li>Act as a strategic advisor to product managers, sales and market team.
