We’re looking for a dedicated full-time Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. </div><div><br /></div><div>The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for managing marketing projects and fully leveraging the capabilities of Marketo. Working closely with cross-functional teams; designers and content marketers, this role will implement all programmatic, creative, and operational initiatives. This person will have a strong foundation in marketing platform strategy &amp; automation, and will be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of digital marketing efforts. </div><h3>What youll do:</h3><ul><li>Build and schedule email campaigns and other manual and automated nurture campaigns (using Marketo) to coincide with ongoing/planned strategic marketing initiatives.</li><li>Help define sales-marketing multi-channel strategies and best practices as it pertains to technologies used to analyze and optimize campaigns and drive growth.</li><li>Maintain our marketing automation integration (Marketo) with our CRM (Salesforce) and assist in the integration of additional platforms into our marketing technology stack.</li><li>Translate collaborative workflow strategy guides and diagrams provided by teams into fully functional campaign releases.</li><li>Create marketing programs; development and execution, including segmentation, testing and deployment and continually evaluating these for improvements.</li><li>Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance, and develop ongoing recommendations to improve campaigns.</li><li>Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to teams; write test plans, test cases, status reports and summary reports for Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams on an ongoing basis.</li><li>Overall supporting essential marketing-operations initiatives in Marketo such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.</li></ul><h3>What it requires:</h3><ul><li>3+ years experience implementing and working within enterprise marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Hubspot, or Eloqua required</li><li>Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices </li><li>Basic knowledge of connectivity and purpose of other relative marketing and data analysis technologies such as Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Oktopost, HotJar, etc. </li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations and drive action</li><li>High attention to detail, including effective communication and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously</li><li>Experience with CMS management (such as WordPress or Drupal) is ideal; experience with user experience best practices and site design/development is a plus</li><li>Experience with Microsoft (admin/ops) and Adobe (creative) applications is a plus</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, fluidic environment</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Works well in a team environment but has strong independent project management skills</li></ul><div><b>What you’ll appreciate:</b></div><div>•Workplace flexibility – you choose between remote, hybrid or in-office</div><div>•Company paid employee medical, dental and vision</div><div>•Competitive salary and success sharing bonus</div><div>•Flexible vacation with no cap, plus sick time and holidays</div><div>•An entrepreneurial culture that won’t limit you to a job description</div><div>•Being listened to, valued, appreciated -- and having your contributions rewarded</div><div>•Enjoying your work each day with a great group of people</div><div><span> </span></div><div><b>Apply TODAY!</b></div><div><a href="http://careers.questanalytics.com">careers.questanalytics.com</a></div><div><br /></div><div><b>About Quest Analytics</b></div><div>For more than 20 years, we’ve been improving provider network management one groundbreaking innovation at a time. 90% of America’s health plans use our tools, including the eight largest in the nation.
