This position allows 100% remote work from home. The Sr Installation/Conversion Specialist is responsible for the establishment of new and transfer large takeover corporate plans onto Voya’s recordkeeping platform. The Contributions You’ll Make:  <ul><li>Manage transition of complex takeover and start up plans to Voya. Communicate all phases of the transition process to interested parties.  </li><li>Recommends process improvements and manages initiatives related to areas of expertise. Provides support for new products, including user acceptance testing. </li><li>Coaches and mentors other team members. Provides support and training to both external and internal business partners. </li><li>Ability to support sales process as requested. </li><li>Ability to support extended production load for role. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead team meetings &amp; huddles </li><li>Designated as capable of supporting high value takeover/conversion plans &amp; high value external relationships. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul>Minimum Knowledge &amp; Experience:    <ul><li>3-5 Years Transition Experience.</li><li>Required experience with OMNI record-keeping system</li><li>Knowledge of Windows Suite including Excel, Word and Access is essential </li></ul>Preferred Knowledge &amp; Experience:  <ul><li>B.S or B.A. Degree preferred. </li></ul>Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed.
