Start your Voyage – Apply Now Position Overview: Voya is seeking a strategic and experienced Financial Analysis Director to lead expense planning, forecasting, and analysis for the Workplace Solutions business. This role requires a strategic finance leader who will be responsible for ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and alignment with Voya’s objectives, while driving cost optimization and operational efficiency across business units.Key Responsibilities: •    Lead the development and execution of expense management strategies, including annual planning, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis across departments  •    Deliver timely and accurate management reporting packages, including dashboards and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership. Leverage driver-based planning and scenario modeling to inform decision-making  •    Oversee IT and Shared Services allocations to business segments. Implement and monitor waterfall allocation methodologies and variance reporting   •    Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
