This position allows 100% remote work from home.Locations: Georgia – work from home​The Contributions You’ll Make: <ul><li>Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners and TPAs</li><li>Develop business plans that identify key clients and list action steps to manage those relationships</li><li>Consult with clients and brokers on investment issues including performance, diversification, style and suitability</li><li>Work with plan sponsor to design participant education campaigns with the goal of increasing participation and contribution rates</li><li>Assist sales representatives with sales presentations and act as subject matter expert in topics such as Voya Service Model, installation process, ongoing service and procedures</li><li>Introduce and support new product and service initiatives</li></ul>Minimum Knowledge &amp; Experience:   <ul><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial services industry or 2 years within the defined contribution marketplace</li><li>FINRA series 6 or 7 and 63</li><li>State insurance license</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to travel frequently</li></ul>Preferred Knowledge &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience</li></ul>#LI-NV1Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed.
