You’re a great fit if you’re not only organized and detail-oriented but also proactive in identifying process improvements and anticipating team needs. You have a customer-service mindset, a solutions-oriented approach, and the ability to operate with a high degree of ownership. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners, you’ll play a key role in ensuring candidates have a seamless, high-touch experience and that our recruiting operations run efficiently and effectively.</p> <h2><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Manage complex, high-volume scheduling for multiple recruiters and hiring teams, including phone, virtual, and onsite interviews.</li> <li>Serve as a strategic partner to recruiters, anticipating scheduling needs, balancing competing priorities, and finding creative solutions when challenges arise.</li> <li>Own the candidate experience, ensuring communication is timely, professional, and personalized throughout the entire process.</li> <li>Coordinate logistics for onsite and virtual interviews, including travel arrangements, onsite hosting, and day-of candidate support.</li> <li>Maintain data accuracy within ATS and ensure compliance with recruiting processes and reporting standards.</li> <li>Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline scheduling, communication, and candidate experience workflows.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business partners to support hiring events, onboarding readiness, and other recruiting operations initiatives.</li> <li>Contribute to project work across Recruiting Operations (e.g., interviewer training, scheduling automation, reporting, or candidate experience enhancements).</li> <li>Take on special projects and operational ownership as assigned.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience within a high-growth or complex organization.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple roles, teams, and stakeholders with minimal oversight.</li> <li>Proven success in problem-solving and decision-making, especially in fast-changing or ambiguous environments.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Strong commitment to delivering a world-class candidate experience.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Greenhouse or Ashby is preferred; experience with tools like ModernLoop, Navan, Envoy, and Workday a plus.</li> <li>Comfortable with data integrity and reporting within recruiting systems.</li> <li>High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.</li> <li>Proactive, resourceful, and eager to own projects and drive improvements.</li> </ul> <h2>HOW WE WORK</h2> <p>We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes in-office collaboration. Employees are expected to be on-site 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).</p> <h2>SALARY RANGE</h2> <p>Benchling takes a market-based approach to pay.  The candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and work location.
