<h2>Job Description:</h2>What you’ll doAs a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of all sales administration, reporting and analysis to effectively and efficiently support business strategies and objectives.The Sales Support Coordinator for IBERIA will support the Regional Sales team by performing sales analysis as well as building and maintaining daily relationships to drive sales activities and resolve any issues which may arise within the team, wider business, and customers alike. You will be required to be hands on in assisting the team to optimise all customers across the region.How you’ll do it<ul><li>Demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain a strong working relationship with customers, peers and other departments which will include Product Management, Finance, Marketing and Planning.</li><li>Assist Account Managers, and the Sales leadership team with inside or outside sales calls, website and catalogue analysis or store visits</li><li>Collaborate with entire sales team including channel support to ensure best practices and information are shared to maximise results and achieve goals.</li><li>Assist customers and sales team with all account related questions, issues, or concerns. Provide accurate, timely information regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, and quotes.</li><li>Run and perform in-depth analysis of reports/dashboards regularly highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities</li><li>Assist Account Managers, and the Sales leadership team with inside or outside sales calls, website and catalogue analysis or store visits</li><li>Analyse and understand industry market trends, competition, products and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate this information to all sales management and other departments as necessary.</li><li>Daily/Weekly financial model (FIMO) loading in Salesforce for non-contractual and contractual.</li><li>Maintain and handle the customer Price List in collaboration with Pricing Management.</li><li>Demonstrate an ability to learn company system applications such as Oracle, Business Objects, Salesforce.</li><li>Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to drive efficiency in all the processes above</li><li>Collate new product forecasts and manage the process through to product launch</li><li>Understand and champion Belkin products and categories</li><li>Coordinate shipment plan between logistic and sales operations</li><li>Be prepared to share thoughts and opinions, innovate and challenge to drive the business.</li><li>Be part of a positive and collaborative high-performance culture, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and professional growth</li><li>Understand, communicate, and always uphold Belkin’s company values.</li></ul>What you’ll need<ul><li>Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products</li><li>Passion for business, tech savvy and quick to adapt new concepts</li><li>Strong analytical skills, leverage data to develop actionable outcomes.</li><li>Fluent in Spanish and good English verbal and written communication skills, additional European languages are a benefit</li><li>Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to take the initiative in personal growth and development</li><li>Well organised and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines with excellent time management skills</li><li>Interest in the tech and consumer electronics industry</li></ul>What you’ve done<ul><li>Previous experience in an internal sales capacity or equivalent position.</li><li>Proven verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Demonstrative experience of reporting and analysis</li><li>High volumes of administration support within a sales or customer service environment</li><li>Successfully contributed towards the growth of a sales or customer service environment</li><li>Experience managing customers in the Consumer Electronics industry is advantageous</li></ul><h2>What you’re getting into</h2> We’ve got big collaborative spaces for your big ideas, so bring an open mind and leave your suit in the closet.
