Reporting to the VP, Talent Management. You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative global HRBP team, driving people strategies that fuel our innovation and growth.  This role is hybrid, and will be required to be in office 2-3 days per week.</div><div> </div><div>As a trusted advisor, youll independently partner with our dynamic Global Revenue and Marketing leaders, translating business objectives into impactful people strategies. Youll leverage your sharp analytical skills and strategic foresight to anticipate challenges, proactively identifying and implementing HR solutions that drive organisational effectiveness and talent growth. This isnt just about process execution; its about thoughtful consultation, influencing change, and skillfully navigating the pace required – sometimes quickly adapting to urgent needs, and other times slowing down to ensure meticulous execution of critical programs like performance management and compensation planning. Youll collaborate seamlessly with central HR functions and our global HRBP team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.</div><h3>What Youll Do:</h3><ul><li>Serve as a credible and independent strategic HR partner, proactively advising and influencing Bazaarvoice leaders on talent, organizational design and change management.</li><li>You’ll be a trusted point of contact, adept at identifying underlying issues and providing well-reasoned solutions, escalating when necessary.</li><li>Independently manage and resolve complex employee relations matters with empathy, fairness, and a deep understanding of local labour laws. Youll ensure timely, compliant, and discreet handling of sensitive situations, proactively fostering a positive workplace culture.</li><li>Go beyond reporting to proactively analyze people data (e.g., turnover, headcount, engagement), identify trends, and translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders and HRBPs. Your ability to tell the story with data will be crucial.</li><li>Youll expertly leverage Workday and other HR systems to extract and interpret key HR insights and trends. </li><li>Play a key role in the end-to-end creation and execution of people programs, from talent management and employee engagement to leadership development whilst ensuring seamless collaboration with regional HRBPs and Centers of Excellence (COEs). Your proactive approach will ensure successful adoption and impact.</li><li>Proactively support and co-lead organizational design initiatives, ensuring structures align with strategic business priorities and foster agility.
