This role requires a blend of hands-on technical leadership and strategic vision to push the boundaries of what our platform can do. </div><div><br /></div><div>You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and other key stakeholders to define the product roadmap, set technical direction, and ensure your team delivers a high-quality, scalable engine that powers growth for our clients.</div><div><br /></div><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of software engineers. Empower them to grow their skills and careers through regular 1:1s, clear feedback and training.</li><li>Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture where everyone feels heard, can do their best work, and the best ideas thrive.</li><li>Partner with your product and design colleagues to scope, prioritise, and manage the delivery of a roadmap of features, improvements, and bug fixes for our products, ensuring your team contributes effectively without becoming a bottleneck.</li><li>Drive technical excellence within the team by guiding architectural decisions, championing best practices, and staying up-to-date on live site reliability efforts. You will act as an arbitrator for complex technical debates.</li><li>Represent the team and its technology in technical and project meetings. Clearly communicate team progress, project status, and resource needs to upper management.
