<table><tbody><tr><td><table><tbody><tr><td></td></tr></tbody></table></td><td> </td></tr><tr><td><p> </p><p><span><span><b>Junior Documentation Specialist</b></span> </span></p></td><td> </td></tr><tr><td> </td><td> </td></tr><tr><td> </td><td> </td></tr></tbody></table><p><strong><span>YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITY</span><br /><br /></strong></p><ul><li><span>Is responsible to store and catalogue documentation in the MyDoc system. </span></li><li><span>Manages on a daily basis all incoming documentation requests via the generic mailbox system. </span></li><li><span>Maintains integrity of documents by reviewing the validity of all documents entering or leaving storage to ensure they are in line and/or compliant with the formal Bayer requirements. </span></li><li><span>Develops and maintains the MyDoc system to allow for document storage and retrieval. </span></li><li><span>Support in providing training to the SSCDN employees both on the efficient usage of the MyDOC system, but also on the formal requirements of documentation preparation and submission. </span></li><li><span>Performs query management activties to follow-up on required documentation status updates, expirations and retirements. </span></li><li><span>Manages incoming requests on documentation approval workflows / status. </span></li><li><span>Follow up on issues within workflow system </span></li><li><span>Works closely with HR to guarantee regular maintenance of MyLearning activities. </span></li><li><span>Create and maintain documents in LifeDoc, as well as start workflows </span></li><li><span>Contribute to process improvements</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>College graduate. Preferably, degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or business related course. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience. </span></li><li><span>Excellent oral and written communication skills.
