As part of the team, you will help us expand an industry-leading in-house digital marketing analytics function, supporting key growth product(s) in Bayer’s US Pharmaceutical portfolio. You will use your expertise in digital media and advanced analytics to translate data into insights and actions that will maximize our strategic investments in media &amp; data infrastructure. Analytics, Digital Strategy &amp; Product Operations, and Brand Marketing.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Provide cross-functional teams with actionable insights to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing tactics and campaigns within core digital channels: website, email, search, banner/display, social, video/TV, and out of home/point of care;</li><li>Collaborate with our in-house digital media, digital strategy, digital ops, and data solutions teams to oversee measurement operations, guiding tagging/tracking strategy &amp; process, measurement planning, and KPI setting to deliver on an industry-leading digital analytics approach;</li><li>Leverage analytical techniques within and across marketing channels to deliver rapid, actionable, and comprehensive insights designed to establish cross-channel best practices, inform marketing/media optimization, and guide customer and channel strategy;</li><li>Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of pilots and A/B and multivariate tests for media, targeting, and content/messaging to ensure that tests yield interpretable and actionable results;</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities for analyses that identify and establish data-driven best practices; evangelize results across brand marketing and strategic stakeholders to ensure adoption of those best practices;</li><li>Translate analytics into actionable insights and recommendations; communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both leadership and tactical/executional teams;</li><li>Collaborate with and direct external media and analytics partners to coordinate supplemental analytics studies and broader analytics/data integrations;</li><li>Collaborate closely with Digital Media, Digital Strategy, Advanced Analytics, Insights &amp; Analytics, and Commercial Data Solutions teams to understand strategy and tactics and ensure communication and activation of analytics-driven insights across teams;</li><li>Integrate seamlessly with other team members within Insights &amp; Analytics to add a digital perspective to business insights reporting; opportunity to support analytics efforts outside of digital (e.g. business analytics, market research, market access).</li><li>The primary location for this role is Whippany, NJ.  Candidates must be easily commutable to the Whippany, NJ site at least 2-3 days per week.  Candidates not easily commutable to the area must be willing/able to relocate as a remote arrangement is not available for this role.</li><li>Visa sponsorship may be available for this role.</li></ul>WHO YOU AREBayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelors degree required;</li><li>Minimum of 12 years of relevant, full-time work experience;</li><li>At least 7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, media, and/or analytics and optimization;</li><li>Expertise with digital analytics and media platforms, particularly Google’s media &amp; advertising platforms;</li><li>Expertise measuring, mining, and generating insights from digital customer engagement data within digital channels: website, email, search, display, social, video, and out of home/point of care;</li><li>An optimization mindset with experience leading testing and analysis across digital channels, including paid search keyword and bidding optimization, precision audience targeting models, and content/messaging testing;</li><li>Expertise in measurement operations across digital channels to ensure data is appropriately tagged and tracked for analysis;</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both operational and strategic teams;</li><li>Experience partnering with and managing external partnerships to support media and analytics efforts;</li><li>Strong understanding of statistics, statistical design of experiments, and advanced analytics &amp;
