Partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless candidate experience. Works across BMO to provide operational and administrative support across the full campus recruitment lifecycle.<ul><li>Coordinates and supports the execution of campus recruitment strategies, including scheduling interviews, managing event logistics, and maintaining candidate pipelines.</li><li>Plans and facilitates office and virtual events such as information sessions, office visits, and networking events in collaboration with university partners and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Manages candidate communication and logistics throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.</li><li>Handles administrative tasks, including preparing recruitment materials and managing and supporting the pre-onboarding and onboarding process for new hires.</li><li>Collaborates with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand hiring needs and align campus efforts with business objectives.</li><li>Tracks and reports on key metrics related to campus recruiting performance and candidate engagement.</li><li>Maintains accurate records in applicant tracking system and ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations.</li><li>Conducts industry analysis &amp; trends to support effective support of talent acquisition programs and solutions.</li><li>Provides administrative support for broader talent acquisition initiatives as needed.</li><li>Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.</li><li>Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.</li><li>Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.</li><li>Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Typically, 2 - 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or a professional service-oriented setting is required. Experience in campus / early talent recruitment is strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and university partners.</li><li>Relationship-building, customer service, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Creative thinker with a passion for early talent and building strong relationships.</li></ul>Salary:<h2></h2>$45,000.00 - $83,000.00Pay Type: SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
