Drive the best value for our customers and the company</li> <li>Explore and integrate AI capabilities into our products and internal systems, and look for opportunities to elevate our operational efficiency</li> <li>Manage the lifecycle of AI-powered features from experimentation and testing to deployment and performance monitoring. </li> </ul> What You Need to Get the Job Done  <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in web development</li> <li>Service Development in a language like PHP, Python, Java, or C#, or a desire to work in PHP 8</li> <li>Ideally, you will have worked across Data and APIs, but if you have only focused on one of those areas, we’d still love to talk</li> <li>Ideally, you will have experience in HR Data Modelling and will have worked across multiple scrum teams to drive successful outcomes</li> <li>Object-Oriented development</li> <li>MySQL - both SQL query language and database structure/design</li> <li>Version control software, preferably Git</li> <li>Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentations, etc.</li> <li>Experience using AI-native development tools (like GitHub Copilot or Cursor) to enhance your workflow (you know how to make them work for you).
