As an Account Executive 3, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from nurturing warm leads to closing strategic, high-value deals. You’ll navigate complex buying groups, engage multiple decision-makers, and lead thoughtful, consultative sales conversations. Stay Sharp: Stay informed on HR tech trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.</li> </ul> What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales with proven success managing multi-stakeholder, complex deals.</li> <li>HR Tech Knowledge: Experience selling HR technology or related SaaS solutions is a major plus.</li> <li>Sales Expertise: Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills within the mid-market space.</li> <li>Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce, Google Workspace, and modern sales tools to manage opportunities.</li> <li>Communication: Confident storyteller who can connect product value to business impact.
