When you join Aya, you’ll be surrounded by teammates who care about you as an individual and leaders who will help you grow both personally and professionally.  Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Operate Microsoft 365 E5: maintain Exchange Online (mail flow rules, encryption, anti-spam/phishing/malware, retention/archiving, eDiscovery), Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive, and Entra ID identity policies (MFA, Conditional Access).</li> <li>Security &amp; compliance hygiene: assist with DLP, ATP, and periodic audits/reviews in Purview and Defender; help drive ongoing policy improvements.</li> <li>Automation &amp; scripting: run and (over time) contribute to PowerShell automations for provisioning, reporting, and monitoring; support Power Automate flows that remove manual steps for business teams.</li> <li>Incident/request handling: create/update ServiceNow tickets, investigate issues using KBs and logs, and escalate to Microsoft Premier support or vendors when needed.</li> <li>Knowledge &amp; documentation: capture troubleshooting steps and update KB articles; contribute to runbooks and how-tos.</li> <li>Collaboration: partner with other IT teams to plan and execute changes with minimal disruption; communicate status and action plans to stakeholders.</li> </ul> Required Qualifications: <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.</li> <li>1 year of IT experience (or equivalent technical education) with exposure to Microsoft 365/Office 365 administration and systems engineering fundamentals.</li> <li>Foundational knowledge of Microsoft admin portals</li> <li>Basic PowerShell skills; comfortable running vetted scripts and learning to modify them with supervision.</li> <li>Understanding of identity/security concepts: MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, ATP, and general best practices for protecting identities and data.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills—professional, upbeat, collaborative communicator (written and verbal).</li> <li>Preferred: Familiarity with Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, and API integrations</li> <li>Preferred: Experience with CloudAlly, LastPass, ServiceNow, Mimecast, and ShareGate.</li> <li>Preferred: Experience coordinating escalations with Microsoft or third-party vendors.</li> </ul> What We Offer:  <ul> <li>Free premium medical, dental, life and vision insurance </li> <li>Generous 401(k) match </li> <li>Aya also offers other benefits to those that are eligible and where required by applicable law, including reimbursements and discretionary bonuses </li> <li>Aya provides paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws.
