The Director, Client Optimization will be responsible for creating relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems and winning new business. They will focus on strategically selected key accounts not currently contracted with Aya Healthcare. The Director, Client Optimization will excel in helping healthcare organizations solve their clinical labor challenges by leveraging Aya Healthcare’s staffing services and software, making a significant impact on both new clients, and the healthcare staffing industry. Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Oversee a region of current clients in order to upsell additional service offerings</li> <li>Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to the client in order </li> <li>Work with Ayas fulfillment team to ensure our clients positions are being fill promptly </li> <li>Responsible for growing market share with current clients</li> <li>Speak with the client and escalate any potential client issues such as but not limited too, invoicing, payroll, time to fill, lack of response ect </li> <li>Serve as the expert for qualifying new sales opportunities through systematic discovery of business opportunities</li> <li>Structure detailed strategic plans for building relationships with key stakeholders and C level executives within client healthcare organizations</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring client understands the benefits of using our technology and places orders through our system</li> <li>Create and track metrics for the sales team accountability and performance</li> <li>Continually expand knowledge of staffing market trends and competitive offerings</li> </ul> Required Qualifications: <ul> <li>A minimum of 5+ years of business development experience in the healthcare staffing industry is preferred</li> <li>A minimum of 7+ years as a top performer within business is required  </li> <li>An insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeed </li> <li>Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business </li> <li>Proof of selling enterprise level staffing programs to all healthcare staffing leadership levels </li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills </li> </ul> What We Offer:  <ul> <li>Free premium medical, dental, life and vision insurance </li> <li>Generous 401(k) match </li> <li>Aya also offers other benefits to those that are eligible and where required by applicable law, including reimbursements and discretionary bonuses </li> <li>Aya provides paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws.
