Responsibilities:   <ul> <li>Proactively call prospective clients to generate new business</li> <li>Persistently use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact with prospective clients to sell Educational &amp; Therapy Services</li> <li>Continuously generate client leads using high-volume calls and emails</li> <li>Built and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients</li> <li>Educate prospective clients about Ayas differentiated Educational staffing services</li> <li>Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients</li> <li>Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement</li> </ul> Required Qualifications:  <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)</li> <li>Direct relevant experience in Educational Services &amp; Therapy staffing sales required</li> <li>Proven success in a metrics-driven environment</li> <li>At least 3 years track record as a top producer in a sales position</li> <li>Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service</li> <li>Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships       </li> </ul> What We Offer:  <ul> <li>Free premium medical, dental, life and vision insurance </li> <li>Generous 401(k) match </li> <li>Aya also offers other benefits to those that are eligible and where required by applicable law, including reimbursements and discretionary bonuses </li> <li>Aya provides paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws.
