Do you have experience in digital content analysis and takedown workflows? Are you interested in working in a dynamic and collaborative environment focusing on continuous improvement?
We are looking for a Takedown Analyst to join our team, performing a support role in the takedown process. An organized, communicative, proactive person willing to analyze digital content, communicate with providers and internal teams, and contribute to process efficiency and innovation, which results in the growth of the whole Axur team. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!
A typical workday might include:
- Analyze case flows within the takedown process;
- Draft abuse report templates for providers and platforms;
- Communicate with internal areas and external entities such as hosting providers, registrars, registries, and others involved in the takedown process;
- Review digital content in takedown tickets;
- Assist in the implementation of new strategies and technologies to enhance the efficiency of the takedown processes;
- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and best practices related to online content removal.
Indispensable Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, including the ability to identify fraud, phishing, data leaks, and other types of digital abuse;
Additional Qualifications:
- Advanced Spanish;
- Ongoing or completed courses in Law, International Relations, or Information Security;
- Knowledge in Digital Law, LGPD, Intellectual Property, Networks, Information Security, or CSIRT operations.
