We’re hiring a Head of Cybersecurity Integration & Delivery, a strategic leadership role focused on operational excellence, scalability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of our services, leading a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, and integrating partners into our ecosystem. A typical workday might include:
- Defining the long-term strategy for the Delivery & Services area, aligning service offerings with the company’s global objectives;
- Structuring and optimizing workflows to ensure SLA compliance and excellence in service delivery, while maintaining efficiency and scalability—monitoring key KPIs and reporting results to the executive team;
- Overseeing end-to-end service delivery, including platform implementation and configuration, alert triage, fraud investigation, and threat intelligence research;
- Representing Axur as a technical escalation point in alignment meetings, war rooms, and strategic committees with clients and partners;
- Leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of autonomy, technical excellence, and customer focus;
- Acting as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership, ensuring continuous feedback for the evolution of Axur’s solutions.
Indispensable Requirements:
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Solid experience in the cybersecurity sector, working directly with SOC and/or Cybersecurity Operations;
- Deep, hands-on knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Threat Intelligence, Incident Response (CSIRT), Digital Fraud Investigations, or Managed Security Services (MSSP);
- Experience defining and tracking metrics and KPIs for a service area;
- The ideal profile combines technical knowledge, strategic vision, process-driven mindset, and people skills to define the long-term strategy for the Delivery & Services area, aligning service offerings with the company’s global objectives;
- Experience with the integration and configuration of SIEM and SOAR systems
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working at cybersecurity vendors and/or integrators, with understanding of implementation, onboarding, and continuous value delivery challenges;
- Experience in high-growth tech companies (e.g., scale-ups);
- Experience managing P&L (profit and loss) for a business unit;
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
