We’re hiring a Channel Account Manager to strategically expand Axur’s market presence through strong channel partnerships and drive revenue targets. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-oriented sales professional with a proven history in network security sales and channel development. You’ll be part of the Revenue team, focusing on prospecting, nurturing, and activating partners to achieve significant business growth. While this is a remote position, we’re specifically looking for someone located in Colombia to stay close to our regional partners. A typical workday might include:<ul><ul><li>Developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of Axur products; </li><li> Creating and maintaining monthly product forecasts, as well as developing, managing, and reporting on a sales pipeline within the territory; </li><li> Following sound sales processes, including creating and implementing a strategic territory plan and driving and overachieving aggressive revenue targets; </li><li> Using and helping in the development of new sales tools and presentations; </li><li> Scheduling and leading sales trainings; </li><li> Traveling within your assigned territory as necessary; </li><li> Working closely with channel partners in account mapping activities, participating in sales calls to present the product, and hosting customer events; </li><li> Working with channel partners to create a business plan that includes minimum quarterly sales volumes and joint actions to be taken; </li><li> Developing and executing sales plans for current channels, including collaborating with partners to identify and develop new business opportunities; </li><li> Prospecting new channel partners with the technical and commercial capacity to develop Axur in their market; </li><li> Presenting the product and Axur’s vision to customers’ C-suite executives without the help of the solution engineering team; </li><li> Evangelizing Axur’s product offerings during national and international trade shows and key customer meetings to promote new and expanded business; </li><li> Presenting on-stage demonstrations to provide insight and context to customers during key marketing events. </li></ul></ul>Indispensable Requirements:<ul><li>Fluency in Spanish;</li><li>Must be based in Colombia to stay close to our local partners;</li><li>Previous experience in network security sales;</li><li>Proven track record of bringing new logos and developing new business;</li><li>Experience selling to CSO and Director of Security level contacts within enterprise accounts;</li><li>Successful experience working with channel partners;</li><li>Strong lead generation and cold calling skills to build pipeline;</li><li>Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, managing complex sales cycles;</li><li>Ability to qualify prospects, build opportunities, and exceed quarterly quotas;</li><li>Confidence to present Axur’s solutions to technical teams of clients and partners.</li></ul>Bonus points if you have:<ul><li>Portuguese and/ or English proficiency;</li><li>Technical background or education;</li><li>Previous experience working for a cybersecurity vendor;</li><li>Established relationships with regional cybersecurity channel partners.</li></ul>
