Lets change the game together!</div><div><br /></div><div>The Account Executive sells Axonify’s modern Frontline Enablement platform to enterprise-level clients, penetrating new markets and establishing new named accounts, all while leveraging Axonify’s sales methodology. Success in this role means effectively managing lead flow (self-generation and inbound), creating a buy vision, articulating a value proposition and navigating the complexities of the decision-making process.</div><div><br /></div><div>Were expanding our team and seeking Enterprise Account Executives located in <b>Texas</b> or <b>California</b> to drive growth in those regions.</div><h3>The impact youll have:</h3><ul><li>Manage opportunities from qualification to close, through large, complex enterprise sized organizations</li><li>Navigate to decision makers within organizations and builds business cases illustrating ROI to drive opportunities</li><li>Recognize and creatively address potential “red flags” in the buying processes of large organizations</li><li>Develop an effective territory strategy that ensures prospecting coverage and effective pipeline generation</li><li>Disrupt the “status quo” within organizations and initiates change by demonstrating and getting agreement on a new approach to learning</li><li>Own the relationship through the entire sales process actively engaging other resources as necessary to ensure success</li><li>Use the latest sales and marketing tools and modern social media approaches to connect with strategically determined accounts</li><li>Present and demonstrate the Axonify solution to potential prospects by traveling to the customer site or via electronic presentation if appropriate</li><li>Work in collaboration with the marketing team to establish and grow pipeline through targeted outbound strategies</li><li>Offer guidance to junior sales team members on the Business Development Team </li><li>Create proposals and quotations for qualified prospects and lead RFP process for prospects</li><li>Track activities in Salesforce and work with leadership to create a sales growth plan</li><li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies</li><li>Manage the negotiation and contract process on deals at and above $500,000 </li><li>Gain deep understanding of the Axonify platform and methodologies and use this information to target sales efforts</li><li>Collaborate with internal experts, mentors and team members on marketing campaigns, such as trade shows, webinars, website visits and referral inquiries</li></ul><h3>What youll bring:</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS software to enterprise clients, preferably in a disruptive market. Previous experience with eLearning products or solution to support frontline audiences will be a major plus.</li><li>Technical solution expertise, in addition to a strong understanding of business, sales and strategic pipeline growth and management.</li><li>Expertise in persuading and influencing, gaining support, and planning ahead for prospective sales activities </li><li>Ability to deliver effective presentations and be intentional on all communication to create a strong value proposition</li><li>Self-motivated, goal oriented, with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals</li><li>Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing client relationships, and negotiating complex, fully custom deals through to close</li><li>Experience managing and tracking activities in Salesforce and working with leadership to create a sales growth plan.</li><li>Territory management experience</li><li>Flexibility to travel to customer locations within North America up to 25% of the time, when appropriate.</li></ul><div>Its ok if your experience doesnt check every box!
