About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused, curious, and growth-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team in Dallas. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves solving problems, and is excited to grow their career in B2B SaaS sales.
As an ISR, you’ll be responsible for generating pipeline, engaging with prospects, and supporting both small deal cycles and strategic opportunities. You’ll partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to identify customer needs, create value, and close business.
This is a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, requiring in-office collaboration three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday).
What You’ll Do
Pipeline & Prospecting
- Make 30+ daily outbound calls to prospective customers using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Apollo
- Run account-based and personalized outbound campaigns that drive conversions
- Generate and qualify leads for Field Sales through cold calls, email, and social outreach
Sales Execution & Deal Support
- Run full-cycle sales motions for smaller deals from first touch through close
- Support larger sales opportunities with research, discovery, stakeholder mapping, and follow-ups
- Progress stalled or inactive opportunities by re-engaging prospects
Customer Engagement
- Build trust through personalized, timely outreach
- Understand customer challenges and business drivers to position Aviatrix solutions effectively
- Act as a trusted resource throughout the buyer’s journey
Team Collaboration
- Partner with Field Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Solution Engineering to execute joint campaigns and programs
- Share feedback and insights to improve messaging and prospecting strategies
- Contribute to sales events, enablement sessions, and pipeline generation initiatives
CRM & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in Salesforce
- Use reports and dashboards to track personal KPIs and goal attainment
- Analyze performance trends and collaborate with peers to improve results
What You Bring
- 2+ years in a customer-facing or revenue-impacting role (Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management)
- Experience with lead generation, pipeline development, or full-cycle sales
- Strong communication skills—confident on the phone and in written outreach
- Highly organized, coachable, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Curiosity about cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise technology (technical expertise not required)

The Dallas, TX OTE compensation range for this full-time position is $111,520 - $131,200 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. The range displayed is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
