This includes managing and optimizing system configurations related to user roles, permissions, approval workflows, and business rules.</li><li>System Enhancements &amp; Upgrades: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to evaluate, test, and implement system upgrades, patches, and new features for SAP Ariba. Manage the communication and change management process for these system updates.</li><li>Master Data Management: Ensure the integrity of procurement-related master data, including supplier information, item catalogs, and contract data. Support development and enforcement of data governance policies to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.</li><li>User and Access Management: Manage user accounts and access controls, ensuring compliance with security policies and internal controls. Conduct regular user access reviews to maintain data security and segregation of duties.</li><li>System Support and Troubleshooting: Act as a subject matter expert for end-user inquiries and technical issues. Provide expert-level support for system-related problems, working with IT and system vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Process Improvement: Analyze current procurement processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Design and implement new, more efficient, and effective processes. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
