Its a 12 month contract.</strong></p><p>As a Project Coordinator, you will support the project team within a medical device manufacturing environment. You will assist in gathering and analyzing data, coordinating with external service providers, and ensuring that project deliverables and timelines are met. Develop an understanding of different project methodologies, frameworks and business processes. While working under the guidance of a mentor who will support you throughout the secondment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Take charge of project coordination, which includes creating project status reports and maintaining risk and issue logs.</li><li>Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for external vendors and consultants, providing necessary data and documentation to facilitate their work.</li><li>Track and report on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and compliance, to integrate best practices.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry regulations related to medical device manufacturing.</li><li>Assist with documentation and reporting for audits and regulatory submissions.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sustainability, project coordination, or a related field (internships or academic projects are a plus).</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret various data sets.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with teams and external partners.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><em>Please note this is an on-site role in our location Longford, Ireland is required at least during initial 6 months period. There is no possible of working remotely in this role during first 6 months. </em></p>
