<h2>The Opportunity:</h2>Focus on building best-in-class processes and standards around personal safety, process safety, environmental, manufacturing processes, maintenance, and compliance. Integrate new manufacturing sites into the business as Avantor continues to grow organically and through acquisitions. Produce products that meet customer expectations by enforcing good manufacturing practices; developing and improving production and engineering processes; designing production planning and control systems and procedures; developing and enforcing inspection. Partner with the Quality/Regulatory Affairs and Research and Development leadership teams to ensure the most effective approaches for manufacturing to support design controls, technical transfer of new products, improvement to existing products and execution of the quality systemThe Vice President of Digital Manufacturing will define and execute Avantor’s global operations digital transformation strategy. This role will lead the integration of cutting-edge manufacturing, supply chain, and quality technologies to drive the organizations efficiency, quality, and agility.
