In this role, you will collaborate with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams to lead a full-cycle recruitment process, identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization.<div><div><div><div>Location: This a remote or a hybrid role based in Poland.How Will You Thrive:<ul><li>Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies.</li><li>Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, and referrals, to attract talent.</li><li>Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Pre-screen qualified candidates, facilitate feedback discussions, and extend offers to finalists.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team to create and implement effective sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and CRM systems.</li><li>Market Intelligence: Research and develop talent market intelligence reports to provide impactful labour market insights that inform recruitment strategies.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred.</li><li>Experience: Intermediate experience as an in-house recruiter or in a recruitment agency. Experience within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team and in recruiting for manufacturing or distribution roles is preferred.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Workday, or other large-scale ATS.
