We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in automation testing. This role is pivotal in driving our test automation strategy, frameworks, and execution to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and compliant products. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in automation frameworks, functional and API testing, and CI/CD integration, with added advantage for Salesforce automation experience. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Automation Framework Development &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium with Java, Playwright with Java/JS, and Selenide for UI testing.</li><li>Develop and maintain API automation frameworks using Playwright, Postman, and Selenium.</li><li>Implement and maintain robust test data management strategies.</li><li>Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodeBuild, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines).</li><li>Ensure frameworks are scalable, maintainable, and reusable.</li></ul>Test Script Development &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develop and execute automated test scripts for functional and API testing.</li><li>Write clear, concise, and well-documented test cases and scripts.</li><li>Perform test execution, analyze results, and report detailed defects.</li><li>Debug and troubleshoot automation scripts.</li></ul>Testing &amp; Quality Assurance<ul><li>Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability.</li><li>Collaborate with developers and QA team members to identify and resolve issues.</li><li>Perform functional testing to ensure alignment with requirements.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.</li></ul>Salesforce Automation (Advantageous)<ul><li>Automate testing within Salesforce environments.</li><li>Develop automation scripts for Salesforce customizations and integrations.</li><li>Apply Salesforce-specific testing best practices.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Communication<ul><li>Partner with SRE/SRO, development, QA, and product teams.</li><li>Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).</li></ul>Mentorship &amp; Guidance<ul><li>Mentor and guide junior automation engineers.</li><li>Share automation best practices and knowledge across the QA team.</li></ul>Research &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Stay current with automation trends, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Evaluate new technologies to improve automation efficiency.</li><li>Identify and propose improvements to automation strategies.</li></ul>Production Deployment Validation<ul><li>Support production deployments with validation through automation and manual testing across products.</li><li>Availability for weekend deployment validations when required.</li></ul><div><hr /></div>BACKGROUND WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE<ul><li>10+ years in automation testing, with strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium, and API automation.</li><li>Proficiency in Java and JavaScript.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodeBuild, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines).</li><li>Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.</li><li>Cloud platform experience (AWS, GitHub, Bitbucket).</li><li>Advantage: Salesforce automation knowledge.</li></ul>MANDATORY SKILLS<ul><li>Playwright with Java/JS</li><li>API Automation with PostMan, Playwright and Selenium</li><li>Functional Testing</li><li>Added advantage of having Salesforce knowledge</li><li>Adhere to set internal controls</li></ul><div><hr /></div> Must be a US citizen/permanent resident, and capable of obtaining a Government Security clearance if required and live in and work from the US. Green card holders qualify, but H1B or other work visa holders do not qualify for this role.Salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience.
