Coupled with this, you’ll also be contributing to the next-generation of Auror’s design system (Lumos) that is set to reshape how our customers interact with each other and solve crime collectively. Alongside the high-performing Mobile and Integrations teams, you’ll also be part of our highly collaborative Product team who are responsible for shipping great products on the daily. From customer understanding through to delivery, you’ll be playing a critical role of designing the experiences we provide our customers, enabling our business to scale and take our software to the world. At Auror, our Product squad works in streams. We currently have 12 streams and each stream has representatives from each team - this includes Product Manager, Product Design, Quality Assurance and Software Engineering. This way of working encourages and fosters collaboration amongst the team. The projects Ive worked on have spanned fin-tech, recruitment-tech, the energy sector, and government interventions for small business, but have all been bound by using a strategic approach to design.Trained under a founding member of the Memphis design movement, my design style is a colourful deconstruction of form and function, grounded in simplicity.
