We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to be a technical leader for this team, driving the evolution of our customer acquisition channels and platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Auras growth. You will lead the design and development of configurable, scalable systems that enable rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making. You will be a key player in weaving personalization into the fabric of the customer journey, from their first interaction with Aura to finding the perfect plan to meet their needs. This is a high-impact role where you will not only be a technical leader but also a mentor to other engineers, raising the bar for technical excellence across the team. You will be responsible for decomposing complex problems into elegant solutions and ensuring our systems are resilient, scalable, and of the highest quality.   What you bring to the table: <ul> <li>6-8+ years of professional software engineering experience</li> <li>2-3+ years of experience as the lead engineer on a team or on large projects</li> <li>Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and with quality</li> <li>Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Expert knowledge of software design best practices, data structures, and algorithms</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of cloud technology and the ability to choose the right tool for the job is essential, such as serverless functions vs. containerized services; relational vs. NoSQL databases; appropriate use of caches and queues; etc.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new technologies</li> <li>Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience</li> </ul>   It would be great if you also had: <ul> <li>Proficiency with the React stack stack, including Node.js, TypeScript, Redux, GraphQL, and related testing frameworks is highly desirable.</li> <li>Experience with Python and Databricks is a plus.</li> </ul> Aura is committed to offering a generous package to support our employees in all aspects of their life in and out of work.
