You will develop and implement targeted marketing strategies in these important growth channels, highlighting how Aura’s products promote online safety and healthier digital habits for kids and adults. Your main objectives are to increase brand equity, customer subscriptions, and revenue.  The Product Marketing leader we’re looking for is customer-centric, data-driven, highly-organized and results-oriented. Experience in a ‘test-and-learn’ environment and data-driven decision making is necessary. This leader is an excellent cross-functional collaborator with strong written and oral communication skills.  Day to Day: <ul> <li>Lead go-to-market strategy targeting customers directly, as well as through schools, healthcare organizations, and related partners. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales, using research-driven segmentation and competitive market analysis to inform your approach. </li> <li>Work with product managers to define product strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment on key value propositions. Make sure offerings meet customer and partner expectations while delivering meaningful value.</li> <li>Own the customer journey mapping, identifying key touchpoints for boosting engagement, adoption, and retention. </li> <li>Develop sales enablement tools like case studies, presentations, and product collateral to support Sales efforts.</li> <li>Craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences, emphasizing benefits related to digital health and safety. Leverage data science and medical insights to develop claims and value propositions that drive sales. </li> <li>Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Design, Analytics, Data Science, Medical, CRO, and Communications—to successfully launch new products and initiatives. Strong organization and collaboration skills are essential.</li> <li>Help grow the business and improve ROI by working with Growth teams to develop channel test plans and promotional strategies based on sound financial targets. This may involve creating and testing assets like landing pages, digital ads, and more.</li> <li>Ensure all go to market functions (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) are fully prepared, with a solid understanding of product features and messaging.</li> <li>Conduct ongoing market research to monitor the competitive landscape and customer needs, sharing insights to support differentiation and strategic planning.</li> </ul> What you bring to the table: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience</li> <li>8+ years experience in marketing</li> <li>3-5+ years in product marketing within B2C and / or B2B2C</li> <li>Experience running promotions, pricing, and packaging tests</li> <li>Experience in messaging/positioning, market research, A/B testing, cross-functional project management, and multiple marketing channels</li> <li>Experience with marketing data analytics, channel optimization, and financial forecasting</li> </ul> <div>Additional preferred qualifications:</div> <ul> <li>Experience in SAAS</li> <li>Experience with marketing through schools or healthcare organizations</li> <li>Experience in ed-tech, children’s products, mental wellness or digital safety industry a plus</li> <li>Excellent communication, analytical and quantitative skills</li> <li>Possess great passion and empathy for the customer.
